基于未病先防理论探讨中医药预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的潜在机制 被引量:3

Discussion on the Potential Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention of COVID-19 Based on the Theory of Prevention before Disease Onset

摘要 目的挖掘新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)核心用药组合,并探讨其预防COVID-19的潜在机制。方法运用中医传承辅助平台挖掘中医预防处方的核心用药组合,通过TCMSP数据库检索核心用药组合的活性化合物、作用靶点后与COVID-19的相关靶点进行交集,构建PPI网络,进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析,总结出核心用药组合预防COVID-19的潜在药理机制。结果共51味中药纳入研究,以补虚药、清热解毒药及化湿药为主,可熵聚类形成金银花、连翘、芦根、甘草、茯苓、五爪龙、薏苡仁、白豆蔻的核心药物组合,与COVID-19疾病交集得到57个共同靶点,主要涉及细胞因子受体结合、细胞因子活性、受体配体活性等生物过程,并主要富集在COVID-19等信号通路。结论通过对处方核心药物组合预防COVID-19现代药理学机制研究,体现出中医“未病先防”的潜在机制与调节免疫应答、抗炎、抗病毒相关。 Objective To explore the core drug combination of(COVID-19)and explore its potential mechanism for preventing COVID-19.Methods The core drug combination of traditional Chinese medicine prevention prescription was mined by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform,and the active compounds and targets of the core drug combination were retrieved through the TCMSP database,and then intersected with the relevant targets of COVID-19,and a PPI network was constructed to conduct GO function and correlation analysis.The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis summarized the potential pharmacological mechanism of the core drug combination to prevent COVID-19.Results A total of 51 traditional Chinese medicines were included in the study,mainly tonic,heat-clearing and detoxifying and damp-removing medicines,and entropically clustered to form honeysuckle,forsythia,reed root,licorice,tuckahoe,five-claw dragon,coix seed,white cardamom.The core drug portfolio of the company has 57 common targets at the intersection with the COVID-19 disease,mainly involving biological processes such as cytokine receptor binding,cytokine activity,receptor ligand activity,etc.,and is mainly enriched in signaling pathways such as COVID-19.Conclusion The study on the modern pharmacological mechanism of prescription core drug combination to prevent COVID-19 showed that the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine“prevention before disease onset”is related to regulation of immune response,anti-inflammatory and anti-virus.
