摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是因感受"疫戾"之气所引起的急性外感热病,其发生、发展可受到体质因素、自然因素和社会因素等多方面的影响,因具有高发病率和高病死率受到了国内外广泛重视。COVID-19属于中医"疫病"范畴,病机特点复杂,中医证候多样,符合温病中卫气营血的传变规律,临床上常呈现邪遏肺卫、湿陷气分、热入心营、内闭外脱、肺脾气虚等证。风药临床应用广泛,通过分析风药的作用特点,大致可将其分为七大类,依次为祛风类、熄风类、搜风类、风湿类、风痰类、风瘀类、风毒类。该文通过分析COVID-19的病机变化和临床表现,将风药的功效与COVID-19的证候紧密结合起来,总结出风药治疗COVID-19具有宣肺散邪、助脾胜湿、清热解毒、豁痰开窍、益气固本的作用,为风药治疗COVID-19提供理论依据。
Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is acute exogenous fever caused by pestilential Qi.Its occurrence and development can be affected by physical factors,natural factors and social factors.It has been widely valued at home and abroad because of its high morbidity and high mortality.COVID-19 belongs to the category of"epidemic disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.It has complicated pathogenesis and various syndromes.It conforms to the law of transmission of defense,Qi,nutrient and blood in febrile disease.Clinically,there are often syndromes such as evil restraining lung guarding,damp falling into Qi phase,heat entering heart camp,internal closure and external prolapse,and lung spleen Qi deficiency.Wind medicine is a kind of medicine with a long history and a wide range of functions.Wind medicine is widely used in clinical practice.By analyzing the characteristics of wind medicine,it can be roughly divided into seven categories,followed by expelling wind,extinguishing wind,searching for wind,rheumatism,wind phlegm,wind stasis,and wind poison.This article analyzes pathogenesis changes and clinical manifestations of COVID-19,and closely combines the efficacy of wind medicine with the symptoms of COVID-19.It is concluded that wind medicine has the effects of dispersing lung and dispeling evil,helping the spleen to overcome dampness,clearing heat and detoxification,expelling phlegma and opening sprout,and replenishing Qi and strengthening foundation in the treatment of COVID-19.It provides theoretical basis for the treatment of COVID-19 with wind medicine.
