摘要
萜类化合物种类多样,且具有独特的生理功能和应用价值,在药物研发、食品工业以及新型生物燃料等方面存在巨大的开发潜能。目前生产复杂萜类化合物的效率较低,传统的植物提取和化学合成法不适于大规模工业生产,而近年来新兴的合成生物学方法能够在一定程度上提高萜类产量,在一些萜类化合物的实际生产研究中已经取得不错的成果,成为研究的热点。文章总结了一些成功利用合成生物学手段提高萜类合成量的经验,以不同的底盘细胞的研究进行阐述,为进一步开发萜类化合物生物合成途径提供了依据。
Terpenoids were diverse in species and had unique physiological functions and application value.They had great potential in drug research and development,food industry and new biofuels.At present,the efficiency of producing complex terpenoids was low.The traditional plant extraction and chemical synthesis methods were not suitable for large-scale industrial production.In recent years,the emerging synthetic biology methods could be applied in a large-scale industrial production.In order to improve the yield of terpenoids to a certain extent,good results had been achieved in the actual production of some terpenoids,which had become a research hotspot.Some successful experiences in improving terpenoids synthesis by synthetic biology methods were summarized,and the study of different chassis cell was described in this paper.It would provide a basis for further development of terpenoid biosynthesis pathway.
