摘要
采用正交设计试验方法对常用化学外加剂与矿物外加剂进行功能复合 ,研制出适用于 - 5℃左右环境下以防冻、引气为主的多功能化学外加剂。在试验过程中分析了各个因素对早期防冻能力的贡献大小。实验表明 ,用其配制的负温混凝土工作性良好 。
This paper is studied on manufacture of deicing agent. By use of the orthogonal design experiment, chemical and mineral admixture are combined into a kind of compound and functional admixture available for the minus temperature(-5 ℃or so)environment, regarding anti freezing, air entraining etc as its main function. It is analyzed how factors have impact on strength respectively. It is proved that concrete consist of FD 1 admixture possesses excellent workability and mechanics performance.
