摘要
为满足多基复合管冬季生产及施工的需要,在确定配合比及蒸养条件下,通过试验,研究了混凝土脱模、3d、7d、28d、90d时的抗压强度随防冻剂(NaNO2、K2CO3)掺量变化而变化的规律,得到了不同负温条件下防冻剂的最佳掺量及掺量系数,为多基复合管的生产及施工提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
To meet the needs of production and construction of the multi-matrix composite pipe in winter, in the specified mix proportion (water-cement ratio 0.34, sand ratio 0.37, superplasticizer dosage 0.5%, expansive agent content 10%) and steam-curing condition (-1℃、-3℃、-5℃ lasting 1h, transferring to constant temperature humidity chamber, heating-up rate 20℃/h, thermostatic temperature 65℃, thermostatic period 3.5h, natural cooling), the stripping strength, 3d strength, 7d strength, 28d and 90d strength of concrete with variation of amount of anti-freezing NaNO2, K2CO3 are studied to find the optimum content and the coefficient of anti-freezing NaNO2, K2CO3 under different negative temperature, which can provide a common technique to produce and construct the multi-matrix composite pipe.
