摘要
分析了复合防冻剂的组分,选取减水组分、防冻组分、早强组分、引气组分、缓凝组分等因素,安排五因素四水平正交试验,研制出适用于-15℃环境的QSFD-1复合防冻剂的最优配方,试验表明,用其配制的混凝土工作性能良好,早期防冻能力优良。
This paper is analysis the component of the compound deicing-agent,and selects less water component,antifreeze component,early strength component,the air-entraining and retarding component of five factors and four levels orthogonal design experiment,developed to apply to-15 ℃ environment QSFD-1 composite deicing-agent optimal formulations. Test formulated concrete work performance,excellent early frost damage.
