摘要
立足“十三五”期间苏州社区教育的发展情况,从体制机制、办学模式、数字资源、课程建设方面呈现了苏州社区教育发展的现状。从机构建设、经费保障、队伍建设、理论研究方面总结了发展经验。基于社区教育的保障、理念、定位、需求方面从四个不同的维度提出了区域社区教育发展的启示,以期在新时代背景下,苏州能抓住机遇,迎接挑战,加快发展社区教育事业,进一步完善终身学习体系,实现可持续、高质量发展,使苏州经验能在省内外发挥示范引领作用。
Based on the development of Suzhou community education during the 13th Five Year Plan period,this study presents the current situation of Suzhou community education from the aspects of system and mechanism,school running mode,digital resources and curriculum construction.The development experience is summarized from the aspects of position construction,fund guarantee,team construction and theoretical research.Based on the guarantee,concept,orientation and demand of community education,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of the development of regional community education from four different dimensions,in order to seize the opportunities,meet the challenges,accelerate the development of community education,further improve the lifelong learning system,and realize sustainable and high-quality development under the background of the new era,so that Suzhou experience can play an exemplary and leading role inside and outside the province.
