摘要
学分银行是沟通衔接各类高等教育形式、推进终身学习的一种重要机制。本文以创建十余年的韩国国家学分银行制度为案例,分析了其政策法规、组织结构、认证标准、功能流程以及实施效果,总结归纳了其政府统筹、合理定位、统一标准和吸收多方参与等制度特点。韩国学分银行的实践经验,对于我国当前的学分银行建设和探索有着重要参考价值。
Academic credit bank is a crucial mechanism that connects different forms education and levels to realize people＇ s life-long learning. Since established in 1998, Korea Academic Credit Bank System has gained a lot of successful experience. Through a briefly review to its laws and regulations, management structures, curriculum standards, application procedures, main features and effects, this paper suggests that Korean experience is valuable and worth to study for building the credit bank system in China.
