摘要
慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常(CKD-MBD)是慢性肾脏病的严重并发症之一,常导致患者骨折、血管钙化的风险增大,提高了心血管事件的发生率,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医学理论认为肾藏精主骨生髓,肾藏精的功能对人体骨骼的生长发育有决定性作用。肾不藏精致骨不生髓是CKDMBD的核心病机。在“肾藏精主骨生髓”理论指导下,运用补肾填精、补气生精、泄浊藏精法防治CKD-MBD,提供了重要的思路与方法。
Chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD)is one of the serious complications of chronic kidney disease.It often leads to an increased risk of fracture and vascular calcification in patients,which adds to the incidence of cardiovascular events and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory of“Kidney reserving the Essence,dominating bone and producing marrow”,the kidney plays a decisive role in the growth and development of human bones.Kidney not storing essence,which leads to absence of bone marrow,is the core pathogenesis of CKD-MBD.Under the guidance of the theory of“Kidney reserving the Essence,dominating bone and producing marrow”,the methods of tonifying kidney and filling essence,replenishing qi and generating essence,discharging turbidity and reserving essence for prevention and treatment of CKD-MBD are provided with important ideas and methods.
