摘要
慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常(CKD-MBD)是慢性肾脏病(CKD)最常见的并发症之一,目前西医缺乏有效的治疗手段,对症治疗往往成效甚微。中医对本病尚无统一的认识,王茂泓主任中医师基于对经典的认识和临床体会,认为CKD-MBD的发病关键在于君火、相火的异常,其理论能够系统阐明CKD-MBD病因病机,并以此辨证处方,可资借鉴。
Chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD)is one of the most common complications of chronic kidney disease(CKD).At present,western medicine lacks effective treatments,and symptomatic treatments often have little effect.Traditional Chinese medicine does not have a unified understanding of this disease.Based on his understanding of the classics and clinical experience,WANG Maohong,the director of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the key to the onset of CKD-MBD lies in the abnormalities of Junhuo and Xianghuo.The theory can systematically elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of CKD-MBD,and the prescriptions according to syndrome differentiation can be used for reference.
