三氟苯嘧啶与呋虫胺对贵州褐飞虱种群的增效作用及田间防效 被引量:5

Synergistic effect and the field control of triflumezopyrim and dinotefuran on brown planthopper populations in Guizhou

摘要 为明确贵州褐飞虱田间种群对三氟苯嘧啶与呋虫胺的敏感性,采用稻苗浸渍法测定了三氟苯嘧啶、呋虫胺及两者混用组合对贵州黄平、湄潭、惠水3地褐飞虱田间种群的室内毒力。结果表明,湄潭田间褐飞虱种群对三氟苯嘧啶产生了低水平抗性,另外2个地区褐飞虱种群对三氟苯嘧啶仍处于敏感水平。黄平和惠水褐飞虱种群对呋虫胺表现为中等水平抗性,抗性倍数分别为59和27.64,而湄潭褐飞虱种群则表现为高抗水平,抗性倍数为177.43。当三氟苯嘧啶与呋虫胺以质量比为1∶5组合时,增效作用最为显著,其共毒系数(CTC)为751.03,LC50为0.2819 mg/L;田间施用后7 d对褐飞虱的防效高达96.21%,显著高于呋虫胺(77.62%)和三氟苯嘧啶(80.61%)单剂;田间施用后21 d防效仍高达98.04%,显示出比呋虫胺或三氟苯嘧啶单剂更好的持续防效。该结果可为褐飞虱的增效组合用药以减缓褐飞虱抗药性、农药减量增效及科学合理使用提供参考。 In order to determine the sensitivity of the paddy field population of brown planthopper in Guizhou to triflumezopyrim and dinotefuran,the toxicity of triflumezopyrim,dinotefuran and their combinations to the field population of Nilaparvata lugens in three places of Guizhou(Huangping,Meitan and Huishui)was determined in the laboratory by rice seedling dip method.The results showed that the Nilaparvata lugens population in Meitan had a low level of resistance to triflumezopyrim,while the Nilaparvata lugens populations in the other two areas were still sensitive to trifluoropyrimidine.The Nilaparvata lugens populations in Huangping and Huishui showed moderate resistance to dinotefuran with resistance ratios of 59 and 27.64 respectively,while the Nilaparvata lugens population in Meitan showed high resistance with resistance ratio of 177.43.When the effective mass ratio of triflumezopyrim and dinotefuran was 1:5,the synergistic effect was the most significant,and its co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)was 751.03 and LC50 was 0.2819 mg/L.The control effect on Nilaparvata lugens at 7 days after field application was as high as 96.21%,which was significantly higher than that of dinotefuran(77.62%)and triflumezopyrim(80.61%)alone.The control effect was still as high as 98.04%21 days after application in the field,which showed better continuous control effect than dinotefuran or triflumezopyrim.The results can provide references for synergistic combination of pesticide use to slow down insecticide resistance of brown planthopper,reduce pesticide amount and increase efficiency and make scientific and rational use.
