水稻褐飞虱抗性基因克隆与综合防治研究进展

摘要 水稻作为全球重要粮食作物之一,长期面临褐飞虱的严重危害。综述了水稻褐飞虱抗性的研究进展,包括水稻抗虫机制、代谢物与信号传导机制、抗虫品种培育的技术创新以及生态防控策略等。结合农业防治与化学防治的实践经验,提出整合分子育种、生态调控与精准施药的综合防控技术体系。通过多学科交叉融合,深入解析水稻抗褐飞虱机制并创新防控技术,是实现水稻安全生产、减少化学农药依赖的关键路径。未来研究需聚焦水稻抗虫基因的挖掘与高效利用、代谢调控网络的深度解析及智能化监测技术的开发,提高水稻抗虫能力,减少化学农药使用,保护环境,为全球粮食安全提供可持续解决方案。 As one of the world,s major staple food crops,rice has long been challenged by severe infestations of the brown planthopper(BPH).This review synthesizes recent advances in rice resistance to BPH,encompassing genetic-level insect-resistance mechanisms-including cloning and functional characterization of BPH-resistant genes,as well as the construction of multi-gene resistance regulatory networks-signal transduction and metabolic pathways,technological innovations in developing insect-resistant varieties,and ecological pest management strategies.By integrating insights from agricultural and chemical control practices,we propose a comprehensive integrated pest management framework that combines molecular breeding,ecological regulation,and precision pesticide application.Leveraging interdisciplinary approaches to deeply elucidate BPH-resistance mechanisms in rice and develop innovative control technologies represents a critical pathway to ensure safe rice production while reducing reliance on chemical pesticides.Future research priorities should include:identification and efficient deployment of novel insect-resistance genes;in-depth dissection of metabolic regulatory networks underlying plant-insect interactions;and development of smart monitoring technologies.These efforts will enhance rice resilience to BPH,minimize agrochemical inputs,protect ecosystems,and contribute to sustainable solutions for global food security.
