摘要
为评价60%呋虫胺·氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒对苹果黄蚜的防治效果,采用喷雾法测定了该农药在75、85.7、100 mg a.i./kg剂量下对苹果黄蚜的田间药效。结果表明,60%呋虫胺·氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂对苹果黄蚜具有较好的防治效果。药后2、7 d,60%呋虫胺·氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂3个剂量对苹果黄蚜的防效为93.3%~98.7%,药后10d的防效仍维持在90.0%以上。说明在防治苹果黄蚜时,60%呋虫胺·氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂可作为高效药剂在田间推广使用,推荐制剂用量为稀释倍数6000~8000倍(有效成分用量75~100 mg/kg)。
To evaluate the control efficacy of dinotefuran·flonicamid 60%WG against Aphis citricolavander(apple aphid),its field efficacy at doses of 75,85.7 and 100 mg a.i./kg was determined using a spraying method.The results demonstrated that this formulation exhibited favorable efficacy against A.citricolavander.At 2 and 7 days after application(DAA),the control efficacy of the three doses ranged from 93.3%to 98.7%,and it remained above 90.0%at 10 DAA.These findings indicated that dinotefuran·flonicamid 60%WG can serve as a highly effective agent for A.citricolavander control and is recommended for commercial application.The suggested dosage is 6000–8000 fold dilution(corresponding to 75–100 mg a.i./kg).
