摘要
针对榆林天然气处理厂目前气田含醇采出水处理系统存在的沉降除油罐沉降时间不足、收油及转水效率低、油分机杂含量高等问题,导致甲醇精馏塔塔盘堵塞频繁、塔底废液及甲醇产品达标率不稳定以及回注水温度高造成的机泵异常磨损、管线易腐蚀等现场实际问题,进行系统性分析,找准要因,制定了优化沉降除油罐、增加高效旋流分离器、优化甲醇回收装置自动化控制逻辑等对策,系统性提升了榆林天然气处理厂含醇采出水处理工艺水平。
In view of the problems existing in Yulin natural-gas processing water treatment system, such as insufficient settling time of oil removal tank, low efficiency of oil recovery and water transfer, high impurity content of oil, etc..The practical problems on site, such as the frequent blockage of the tray of the methanol distillation column, the unstable rate of the waste liquid at the bottom of the column and the methanol product reaching the standard,the abnormal wear of the pump and the easy corrosion of the pipeline caused by the high temperature of the reinjection water, etc..The countermeasures such as optimizing sedimentation tank, adding high-efficiency cyclone separator and optimizing the automation control logic of methanol recovery unit have been worked out.
