摘要
分析了油田采出水处理现状及其处理质量环保管控体系不完善、水质排放环保不达标等问题,提出了开展不同采出水水质处理技术的适用性技术试验研究,应用BOO采出水处理模式强化水质环保达标治理、建立健全采出水处理质量节点控制体系等3项创新管理措施,并对实施效果进行了评价。实践证明,这些创新管理措施均十分有效,能有效解决采出水处理水质不达标问题和采出水质量环保管控体系存在着不完善等问题,提升采出水质量环保管理水平和水质质量指标,满足油藏注水用水、注聚用水以及达标排放的水质要求,具有良好的推广应用价值。
This paper analyzes the current situation of produced water treatment in oil field of oil production plant,the serious problems of the quality of produced water treatment not up to the standard,the imperfect management and control system of produced water treatment quality and environmental protection not up to the standard of water quality discharge,and puts forward the applicability Technology Test Research of different produced water quality treatment technologies,and the adoption of BOO produced water treatment environmental protection management mode to strengthen the environmental protection of water quality There are three innovative management measures for the environmental protection of produced water treatment,such as standard treatment,establishment and improvement of the quality node control system of produced water treatment,and the implementation effect is evaluated.Practice has proved that these innovative management measures are very effective,which can effectively solve the problems such as the unqualified treatment water quality of produced water and the imperfect management and control system of produced water quality and environmental protection,effectively improve the quality and environmental protection management level and quality indicators of produced water in the oilfield,meet the water quality requirements of reservoir water injection,polymer injection and discharge up to standard,and have a good promotion Use value.
