摘要
目的:分别测定乌奴龙胆不同批次、不同部位的总黄酮含量,并比较所含总黄酮含量。方法:将3批乌奴龙胆及第3批乌奴龙胆的茎、叶、花分别粉碎,用超声提取,得提取液,采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品测定总黄酮含量。结果:3批乌奴龙胆的总黄酮含量分别为33.33 mg·g^(-1)、32.48 mg·g^(-1)、40.23 mg·g^(-1);第3批乌奴龙胆茎、叶、花中总黄酮含量为32.34 mg·g^(-1)、57.74 mg·g^(-1)、72.15 mg·g^(-1)。结论:不同批次的乌奴龙胆总黄酮含量会有所差异;乌奴龙胆茎、叶、花中都含有黄酮类成分,花中的含量最多,茎中的含量最少。
Objective:The content of total flavonoids in different batches and parts of Gentiana urnula were determined,and the differences in total flavonoids content were compared.Methods:The stems,leaves and flowers of the 3 batches of Gentiana urnula and the third batch of Gentiana urnula were crushed separately,and then extracted with ultrasound to obtain the relevant extracts,which were determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with rutin as the reference substance.Total flavonoid content.Result:The total flavonoids of the three batches of Gentiana urnula were 33.33 mg·g^(-1),32.48 mg·g^(-1),and 40.23 mg·g^(-1);The total flavonoids in the stems,leaves,and flowers of the third batch of Gentiana urnula were32.34 mg·g^(-1),57.74 mg·g^(-1),72.15 mg·g^(-1).Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids in different batches of Gentiana urnula varies;the stems,leaves and flowers of Gentiana urnula all contain flavonoids.Among them,the content in the flower is the most,and the content in the stem is the least.
