摘要
目的了解龙胆水提液体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用。方法采用细胞病变抑制实验观察龙胆水提液在HeLa细胞中对呼吸道合胞病毒的抑制作用。结果龙胆水提液的半数中毒浓度(TC50)为15.25mg/ml;抑制RSV的半数有效浓度(EC50)为1.07mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为14.25;且对RSV的抑制作用存在明显的量效反应关系(P<0.01)。结论龙胆水提液在HeLa细胞中对呼吸道合胞病毒有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To observe the anti-respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） effect of Chinese Gentian. Methods The anti-RSV effect of Chinese Gentian in HeLa cell culture was observerd by means of the cytopathic effect inhibition assay. Results In HeLa cell culture, Chinese Gentian was found to be an inhibitor of RSV in a concentration-dependent manner, and the median cytotoxic concentration （TC50） was 15.25mg/ml, and the median effective concentration （EC50） was 1.07mg/ml and the therapeutic index（TI）was 14.25. Condusion Chinese Gentian has a significant antiviral effect on RSV.
