摘要
建立了测定纺织品中偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。该方法以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)为萃取溶剂,40℃超声萃取纺织品中残留的ADC,萃取液用蒸馏水定容后过滤,直接进行HPLC分析。当ADC质量浓度为0.05~10.48μg/mL时,峰面积(A)与质量浓度(ρ)呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=29168ρ-28.35,相关系数(r)为0.9999,仪器检出限为0.015μg/mL(S/N=3),方法检出限为1.5 mg/kg。在3个不同加标水平下,平均加标回收率为87.68%~96.32%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.92%~4.63%。该方法简便快捷,检测通量大,检出限低,可用于纺织品中ADC残留量的检测。
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the residue of re-sidual azodicarbonamide(ADC)in textiles.The residual ADC in textiles was ultrasonically extracted at 40℃using N,N-di-methylacetamide(DMA)as the extraction solvent.After the extract is fixed to volume with distilled water,it is filtered and directly analyzed by HPLC.A good linear relationship existed between the chromatographic peak area(A)and the mass concentration(ρ)in the range of 0.05~10.48μg/mL.The linear equation was A=29168ρ-28.35,the correlation coefficient(r)is 0.9999,and the detection limits of the instrument and the method are 0.015μg/mL(S/N=3)and 1.5 mg/kg,respec-tively.Under three different standard addition levels,the average recovery is 87.68%~96.32%,and the relative standard de-viation(RSD)changed is 1.92%~4.63%.The method is simple and rapid,with large detection flux and low detection limit,which can be used to detect ADC residues in textiles.
