摘要
骨科耗材传统管理模式的主流改进方案会增加医疗服务供应链成本,因而仍有必要进一步优化。该研究基于供应链视角,通过考察新增的成本点,有针对性地提出模块化备包方案,试点结果显示应用模块化备包方案可降低备包成本32.39%,减少备包数量21.43%,缩短备包时间24.91%,说明骨科耗材模块化备包方案有助于实现更低的供应链成本与更高的运营效率。
Further optimization is still in demand because that the prevailing improvement schemes for the traditional management mode of orthopedic consumables can rise the costs of the medical service supply chain.From the supply chain perspective,this study put forward the modular preparatory package scheme through inspecting the new additional sources of costs.It can be indicated from the experimental results that the modular preparatory package scheme reduce the preparatory package costs by 32.39%,decrease the preparatory package quantity by 21.43%,and shorten the time of package preparation by 24.91%.The modular preparatory package scheme of orthopedic consumables can probably contribute to the achievement of lower supply chain costs and highe r operation efficiency.
