摘要
新高考综合素质评价作为一项教育制度,学界从制度发展层面对其进行的分析和探讨却很少。社会学制度主义强调社会与文化的重要性,其解释的重点是为什么组织采取一套特定的制度形式及该制度形式是如何在组织内传播的。在社会学制度主义视阈下,哪些因素在新高考综合素质评价制度发展过程中发挥着作用?从社会学制度主义的三大核心特点——"全景""互构""适当"出发,可以将制度看成是蕴含这些特点的动态发展过程。结合制度运行过程中的实际问题,对新高考综合素质评价进行"制度关联性""制度影响性"和"制度合法性"三个维度的分析,可以发现影响新高考综合素质评价制度发展的六大因素:显性系统、隐性场域、内源动力、外放影响、公平选拔、培养导向。
As an educational system, the comprehensive quality evaluation of the new Gaokao has yet rarely been analyzed and discussed by researchers from the perspective of system development. Sociological institutionalism emphasizes the importance of society and culture. Its explanation focuses on why an organization adopts a specific system form and how the system form is spread within the organization. From the perspective of sociological institutionalism, what factors play a role in the development of the evaluation system in question? The system can be regarded as a dynamic development process containing the three core characteristics of sociological institutionalism: "panorama" , "mutual construction" and "appropriateness" . In the combination with the practical problems in the process of system operation, this paper analyzed the evaluation system from three dimensions, "system relevance" , "system influence" and "system legitimacy" , and found six influencing factors of the development of the evaluation system: explicit system, implicit field, endogenous power, external influence, fair selection and cultivation orientation.
