摘要
随着新能源光伏电站的兴起,降低光伏电站电缆故障率对于提高光伏发电量具有现实意义。电缆老化和故障都伴随着温升,所以监测电缆的温度,是获取电缆线路运行状态的有效方法。总结对比了目前常用的电缆温度监测方法,然后使用ANSYS软件对光伏电站电缆进行建模仿真计算,得到不同工况下电缆的温度场数据,为电缆故障诊断提供基础。设计了一种基于ZigBee无线技术的温度在线监测系统,该系统具有可移植性强、成本低、易于扩展的特点。
With the rise of new energy photovoltaic power stations,it is of practical significance to reduce the cable failure of photovoltaic power stations to improve the amount of photovoltaic power generation.Cable aging and failure are accompanied by temperature rise.Therefore,monitoring the temperature of the cable is an effective method to obtain the operating status of the cable line.The commonly used cable temperature monitoring methods are summarized and compared.Then,the cable of photovoltaic power station is modeled and simulated by ANSYS software,and the temperature field data of cable under different working conditions are obtained,which provides the basis for cable fault diagnosis.An on-line temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless technology is designed.The system has the characteristics of strong portability,low cost and easy expansion.
