摘要
为了研究安装和运行过程中高压电缆终端绝缘界面压力分布和变化规律,提出了现场实际测量与数值模拟相结合的方法。通过静、动态现场实际安装和运行状况下测量电缆终端应变,根据测量结果验证了所建立的高压电缆终端整体有限元数值模拟模型的可靠性,采用热力耦合非线性计算得到安装和运行状况下绝缘界面压力分布和变化规律。分析说明了安装和运行过程中,绝缘界面压力与电压有关,随着电压增大,绝缘界面压力增大且波动变化幅度增大。结果表明,该方法可行有效,计算结果可信准确,具有实际意义。
A method that the actual measurement is combined with numerical simulation is put forward to investigate the distribution and variation rule of insulated interfacial pressure of HV cable termination in installation or operation.The strain of cable termination is measured using the static or dynamic strain gauge.The finite element model is established,and the reliability of the finite element model is verified by the measurement results.It is analyzed that the insulated interfacial pressure and amplitude of fluctuation is related to voltage and enlarge as the voltage increases.The results of the distribution and variation rule of insulated interfacial pressure obtained by the thermo-mechanical coupling nonlinear calculation verify the feasibility and reliability of the measurement method.
