摘要
为评估某市高压电力电缆寿命,采用Weibull分布模型研究该市高压电缆寿命分布.根据该市高压电缆无失效数据的特点,提出一种修正的极大似然函数法,得到Weibull分布模型的参数,以及电缆寿命分布曲线.结果表明该市的高压电缆大约运行14a后开始出现老化失效,在34a左右进入老化期,该市电缆最长寿命约为110a.这种修正的极大似然函数法为无失效数据的情况提供了一种新的参数估计思路.
This paper has built Weibull distribution model to assess a city high-voltage power cable life. A modified method of maximum likelihood estimation has been raised for the feature of zero-failure data. Fi- nally, the parameters and plots of the Weibull distribution model have been obtained. The analysis results show that this city's high-voltage power cable began to appear aging failure after running about 14 years; it is about to enter the aging period after 34 years; and this city's longest cable life is approximately 110 years. This modified method of maximum likelihood estimation provides a new idea for parameter estima- tion with zero failure data.
