摘要
目的观察强脉冲光联合微针导入富血小板血浆对治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床效果。方法入选2019年4月-2020年5月在长沙美莱医疗美容医院非手术中心就诊的敏感性皮肤的患者72例,基于随机方法分两组,每组各36例,参照组患者行单纯性强脉冲光治疗,研究组患者均实施强脉冲光联合微针导入富血小板血浆治疗,分析比较两组患者接受治疗前后主观症状(灼热、瘙痒、干燥)和客观症状(红斑、丘疹、肿胀、毛细血管扩张)及症状体征总积分变化、经皮水分丢失及角质层含水量的变化、乳酸刺痛实验结果变化、治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组中,痊愈12例,显效17例,有效7例,无效0例,总有效率为100%。患者主观感受及客观体征均较治疗前明显改善,治疗后患者的各项指标均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗有效率100%。结论为敏感性皮肤患者实施强脉冲光联合微针导入富血小板血浆治疗,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of strong pulsed light combined microneedles on the treatment of facial sensitive skin by importing platelet-rich plasma.Methods Selected 72 patients with sensitive skin who were admitted to the non-surgical center of Changsha Meilai Medical beauty hospital from April 2019 to May 2020,divided into two groups based on random method,each group of 36 cases,with strong pulses of simplicity by reference group of patients Light therapy,the study group of patients are implemented strong pulsed light joint microneedle into platelet-rich plasma treatment,analysis and comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of subjective symptoms(burning,itching,drying)and objective symptoms(erythema,papules,swelling,capillary dilation)and the change of the total integral of symptom signs,the loss of percutaneous water and the change of water content of the cuticle layer,the change of the experimental results of lactic acid tingling,the efficiency of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results In the study group,12 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,7 cases were effective,0 cases were invalid,and the total effectiveness rate was 100%.The subjective feelings and objective signs of patients were significantly improved compared with the pre-treatment period,and the indicators of patients after treatment were significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Conclusion The introduction of strong pulsed light joint microneedles into platelet-rich plasma therapy for sensitive skin patients can obtain better results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
