摘要
目的探究外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhFGF)在牙周炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院就诊的牙周炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用基础疗法进行治疗,观察组在基础疗法的基础上给予外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子进行治疗。比较两组治疗后不同时间点的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、炎症因子和治疗有效率。结果两组治疗3周、6周的SBI、PD和CAL与治疗前比较均有所改善,治疗6周的改善程度高于治疗3周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3周、6周的SBI、PD和CAL均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗3周、6周的IL-1β、IL-8和IL-17与治疗前比较均降低,治疗6周的IL-1β、IL-8和IL-17均低于治疗3周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3周、6周的IL-1β、IL-8和IL-17均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(90.00%vs62.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rhFGF治疗牙周炎患者,能够改善龈沟出血指数,减少牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失,减低炎性因子,提高牙周组织的愈合速度。
Objective To explore the application of topical recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh FGF)in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods 100 patients with periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic therapy,and the observation group was treated with external recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor on the basis of basic therapy.The sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL),inflammatory factors,and treatment effectiveness were compared at different time points after treatment.Results The SBI,PD and CAL of the two groups were improved at 3 weeks and 6 weeks compared with those before treatment.The improvement rate after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that of the treatment for 3 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SBI,PD and CAL were better in the observation group than in the control group at 3 and 6 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 were decreased in both groups at 3 and 6 weeks before treatment,and IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 were lower than treatment for 3 weeks after treatment for 6 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.00%vs 62.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rh FGF can improve the gingival bleeding index,reduce the depth of periodontal probing,clinical attachment loss,reduce inflammatory factors and improve the healing rate of periodontal tissue.
