摘要
皮肤屏障结构和功能受损常贯穿于多种皮肤病的病理生理过程中,将修复屏障作为背景治疗可显著增加相关皮肤病的疗效和治愈率。富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma,PRP)具有良好的促组织再生、免疫调节及抗菌效应,可多途径修复皮肤的渗透、免疫、微生物屏障。近年来,若干研究尝试性将PRP应用于激素依赖性皮炎、玫瑰痤疮、敏感性皮肤综合征、寻常痤疮、黄褐斑等多种面部皮肤屏障损伤性疾病中并取得了良好的临床获益。因此,本文就PRP在面部皮炎治疗及皮肤屏障修复中的应用进展进行综述。
Impairment of the structure and function of the cutaneous barrier is comprehensively embedded in the pathophysiology of various dermatological conditions,and restoring the dermal barrier as a background treatment contributes to significantly increasing the efficacy and healing rate of certain dermatoses.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)provides promising pro-regenerative,immunomodulatory and antibacterial effects,and serves to repair the skin's permeability,immune and microbial barriers in multiple ways.In recent years,several studies have experimentally applied PRP in various facial barrier-damage related diseases such as topical steroid damaged/dependent face,rosacea,sensitive skin,acne vulgaris,and melasma and obtained favorable clinical benefits.Currently,the article reviews the treatment advances including mechanisms and therapeutic protocols of PRP in the treatment of facial dermatitis and restoration of the skin barrier.
