摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征,是全国各族人民的共同期盼。乡村振兴是新时代我国"三农"发展的重要战略,是实现全体农民共同富裕的必然要求。论文从乡村振兴和共同富裕的科学内涵及基本关系出发,分析以乡村振兴促进共同富裕的重大作用,明确当前我国迈向共同富裕道路上仍然存在农村发展不平衡不充分、农业现代化发展水平较低、内外部发展环境不稳定等严峻挑战,从坚持中国共产党的领导和中国特色社会主义制度优势、构建现代化农业产业体系、正确处理公平和效率关系、坚持完善基本经济制度、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果等方面探索扎实推进共同富裕的路径,对于实现农业农村现代化、破解城乡经济二元结构,促进农民实现物质生活和精神生活的共同富裕具有重要意义。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.It is also the common aspiration of all ethnic groups in China.Rural revitalization is an important strategy for the development of agriculture,rural areas and rural people in the new era,and a necessary requirement for the common prosperity of all farmers.Based on the scientific connotation and basic relationship between rural revitalization and common prosperity,this paper analyzes the important role of rural revitalization in promoting common prosperity.And it makes clear that there are still serious challenges on the road to common prosperity in China,such as unbalanced and inadequate rural development,low level of agricultural modernization,and unstable internal and external development environment.It is important to promote common prosperity by adhering to the leadership of the communist party of China and the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,building a modern agricultural industrial system,properly handling a balance between equity and efficiency,improving the basic economic system,and consolidating and expanding the achievements made in poverty alleviation.It is of great significance to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,break the dual structure of the urban and rural economy,and promote the common prosperity in both material and spiritual life.
