摘要
作为一种新型分离技术,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)具有分离速度快、效率高、敏感度高等特点,在生命科学及化学化工领域有着广泛的应用。随着现代医疗卫生事业的发展,药品质量安全问题也受到了社会各界的高度重视,HPLC的诞生为药品检验提供了必要的技术支持,在药品质量监控中发挥着极为重要的作用。
As a new separation technology, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) has the characteristics of high separation speed, high efficiency and high sensitivity. It is widely used in the fields of life science, chemistry and chemical industry.With the development of modern medical and health care, drug quality and safety has also been highly valued by all sectors of society. The birth of HPLC provides necessary technical support for drug inspection and plays a very important role in drug quality monitoring.
