摘要
风与肾病关系密切,风邪在肾病发生发展的过程中不可忽视。王暴魁教授强调从风论治肾脏疾病,认为存在外感在表之风邪、循经入里深伏肾中之风邪、内生之风,临证时合理选用不同风药以宣外风、祛伏风、熄内风。王教授提炼出肾病治风的有效药对,或相须相使以协同增效,或纠正药物偏性,常用防风-荆芥以宣散外风,僵蚕-蝉蜕以祛风透热,穿山龙-豨莶草-鸡血藤以祛风除湿、活血通络,防己-茯苓皮以祛风利水,钩藤-地龙以平肝熄风。
There is a close relationship between Wind and Kidney disease, so pathogenic Wind cannot be ignored in the process of occurrence and development of Kidney disease.Professor Wang Baokui emphasizes the treatment of Kidney disease from the perspective of Wind, and he believes that there are Wind such as pathogenic Wind attacking from the external, pathogenic Wind which is deeply rooted in the Kidney meridians, and endogenous Wind.Different drugs that function in dispelling wind can be selected accordingly to dissipate the external Wind, dispel the latent Wind and to extinguish the endogenous Wind.Professor Wang has summarized effective paired drugs for treating Kidney disease, either to cooperate them with each other or to avoid the drug′s side effect.Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)-Jingjie(Herba Schizonepetae) is often used to dissipate the external Wind, Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus)-Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae) is used to dispel Wind and clear Heat, Chuanshanlong(Dioscorea nipponica Makino)-Xixiancao(Herba Siegesbeckiae)-Jixueteng(Caulis Spatholobi) is used to dispel Wind and Dampness, to activate the blood and to unblock collaterals, Fangji(Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae)-Fulingpi(poriae cutis) is used to disperse Wind and diuresis, Gouteng(Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis)-Dilong(pheretima) is used to soothe and extinguish the Liver Wind.
