摘要
目的筛选出豨莶草抗血栓有效组分。方法分别以对正常小鼠凝血时间的影响、对冰水肾上腺素型大鼠血栓形成的影响和对静脉血栓型大鼠体内血栓形成的影响3种动物模型为指标,采用活性追踪的方法,确定豨莶草抗血栓有效组分。结果腺梗豨莶部位Ⅱ抗血栓作用最好。结论腺梗豨莶部位Ⅱ为抗血栓有效组分。
Objective To screen antithrombotic fraction of Herba Siegesbeckiae. Methods The clotting time and its effects on thrombosis in two models of mice in vivo and vitro. Results In the three fractions of Siegesbeckia pubescens, the antithrombotic activity of fraction Ⅱ was the best. Conclusion Fraction Ⅱ of Siegesbeckia pubescens is the antithrombotic fraction of Herba Siegesbeckiae.
