城市滨水空间的道路交通可达性分析及提升策略研究——以北京清河海淀段为例 被引量:4

摘要 滨水空间是城市空间的重要类型之一,对于提升公共空间品质、宜居性具有重要意义。但河道水系两岸空间及其周边街区地块往往存在机动车连通性差、断点多、道路占用、慢性可达性低、停车供需失衡等问题。本文以北京清河海淀区段为例,对滨水空间的道路交通可达性相关问题进行梳理,围绕道路布局、慢行、交通安全、停车、空间特色等维度,结合国内外优秀滨水空间设计导则及清河沿岸实际调查展开分析,进而提出滨水空间地区交通可达性优化提升的相关策略,以助力滨水空间品质优化。 Waterfront space is one of the most important types of urban spaces,which is significant for improving the quality and livability of public spaces.However,the space on both sides of the river system and its surrounding neighbourhood plots face challenges such as poor vehicle-connectivity,breakpoints along the routes,illegal occupation by parking,low degree of accessibility,and imbalance of parking supply and demand.This paper takes the Haidian District section of the Qinghe River in Beijing as an example to sort out the problems related to road traffic accessibility of waterfront space,focusing on road layout,pedestrian-oriented traffic,parking,spatial characteristics and other dimensions,and analyses them with the relatively waterfront design guidelines and the actual survey along the Qinghe River.It then proposes the relevant strategies to improve the traffic accessibility of waterfront space in order to optimize the quality of waterfront space.
