摘要
滨水空间因承载城市生态环境、蕴育城市发展活力,联结城市公共生活,在城市不同发展阶段都发挥着重要的作用。本文基于城市滨水空间的特性与价值,提出综合治理在保障生态安全、培育城市活力、服务公共生活的目标及空间要素。结合北京清河海淀段滨水空间的现状与综合整治需求,以在地目标、整体协同和实施行动为导向,提出综合整治要素和治理策略。
Waterfront space plays an important role in different stages of urban development because it carries the urban ecological environment,cultivates the vitality of urban development,and connects urban public life.Based on the characteristics and value of urban waterfront space,this paper proposes the goals and space management and control elements of comprehensive waterfront space management in ensuring ecological security,cultivating urban vitality,and serving public life.Combined with the current situation and comprehensive improvement needs of waterfront space in the Haidian section of Qinghe River in Beijing,and guided by local goals,overall coordination and implementation actions,comprehensive improvement elements and management strategies are proposed.
