摘要
目的:针对医院人员和移动的医疗设备较多,难以有效预防火灾和灭火的问题,设计一款医院智能火灾机器人。方法:该机器人以Arduino UNO R3为开发板,以ATMEGA328P和STC89C52为主控芯片,由机器人主体和灭火模块控制电路板2个部分组成。机器人主体集成有循迹模块、避障模块、照明模块和蓝牙模块,灭火模块控制电路板上集成有DS18B20温度传感器、MQ-2烟雾探测器和报警模块。其中循迹模块采用红外循迹,避障模块采用超声波避障,报警模块采用SIM800L实现远程通信并进行火灾报警。采用Android App控制机器人前进,采用水泵进行灭火。结果:经过测试,该机器人在医院行进时可以有效避开障碍物,并能自动完成火灾检测、远程报警、扑灭火焰等工作。结论:该医院智能火灾机器人操作简单、控制灵活、可靠性高,可以满足医院内的基本使用需求。
Objective To design an intelligent fire robot for hospitals with a high number of people and moving medical equipment which makes it difficult to prevent fires and extinguish them effectively.Methods The robot was developed using Arduino UNO R3 as the development board,ATMEGA328P and STC89C52 as the main control chips,and consisted of 2 parts:a robot body and a fire extinguishing module control board.The main body of the robot was composed of a tracking module,an obstacle avoidance module,a lighting module and a Bluetooth module,while the fire extinguishing module control board was integrated with a DS18B20 temperature sensor,a MQ-2 smoke detector and an alarm module.The robot designed applied infrared technology for tracking,ultrasound technology for obstacle avoidance and SIM800L for remote communication and fire alarm.The robot's movement was controlled with an Android App and fire extinguishing was realized with a water pump.Results Trials proved the robot designed avoided obstacles effectively and could be used for fire detection,remote alarming and fire extinguishing in the hospital.Conclusion The intelligent fire robot is easy to operate,flexible to control and highly reliable,and can meet the main needs of the hospital for fire rescue.
