摘要
针对某些公共场所需要进行消毒杀菌等工作,设计了一种语音识别消毒机器人。该机器人主要由Arduino Mega2560控制模块、液晶显示模块、LD3320语音识别模块、HC-SR04超声波传感器模块、继电器控制模块、GM65二维码模块、寻迹模块、电机驱动模块、电机等组成。电机驱动模块采用TB6612,系统采用光电传感器红外寻迹模块实现寻迹功能,采用3路继电器模块分别控制3个消毒液喷头。Arduino Mega2560接收到语音识别模块的信息,控制机器人按照指令进行工作,并在液晶显示模块上显示机器人的工作信息,消杀结束后,根据二维码模块接收到的二维码信息控制机器人回到起点,准备下一次消杀。实际应用表明,该机器人可以减轻工作人员的负担,降低交叉感染的风险。
A speech recognition disinfection robot is designed for some public places that need to be disinfected and sterilized.A speech recognition robot is composed of Arduino Mega2560 control module,LCD module,LD3320 speech recognition module,HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor module,relay control module,GM65 QR code module,tracing module,motor drive module,motors and so on.The motor drive module adopts TB6612,the photoelectric sensor infrared tracing module is used to realize the tracing function,and three relay modules are used to control three disinfectant nozzles respectively.Arduino Mega2560 receives the information from the speech recognition module,controls the robot to work according to the instructions,and displays the robot’s work information on the LCD module.After the disinfection,the robot is controlled to return to the starting point according to the information of the QR code received by the QR code module to prepare for the next disinfection.The experiment and application shows that the robot can decrease the workload and the risk of cross infection avoided.
