摘要
研究了以视黄醇衍生物及拳参根提取物等不同作用机理的抗衰成分搭配作为主要活性物的皮肤抗衰功效,并对含有该组合物的护肤精华产品组合套装采用人体试验方法对其皮肤经皮失水率、皮肤弹性和皮肤紧致等抗衰功效指标进行了研究。研究结果表明,使用该系列精华液42天后,受试者皮肤的经皮失水率明显下降,测试区域的弹性明显提高,皮肤皱纹有改善(测试数值有显著性差异),说明其精华液有良好的抗衰效果。
The anti-aging performance of the concentrate products containing retinol derivatives and plant extracts from polygonum bistorta which had different anti-aging mechanisms was studied.Anti-aging efficacy indexes were evaluated including transepidermal water loss (TEWL),skin elasticity,skin firmness,etc.The results indicate that the products have significant efficacy in reducing transepidermal water loss,improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles after 42 days of use.In other words,the products have facial anti-aging efficacy.
