摘要
为了了解在功效宣称新规实施初期上海市保湿功效化妆品的情况,通过统计、分析2022年1月1日至2022年5月31日在国家药品监督管理局普通化妆品备案管理系统中已完成备案且境内责任人在上海的首次备案产品(共1898个),了解功效摘要申报初期保湿功效类产品的宣称、保湿剂、使用人群、产品类型及功效评价项目情况,为后续保湿功效类产品的申报及政府监管提供借鉴。
In order to understand the situation of moisturizing cosmetics in Shanghai during the initial period of implementation of the new regulations on efficacy claims,this paper statistically analyzed the first filed products(1898)which have been put on record in the general cosmetic record management system of the State Drug Administration from January 1,2022 to May 31,2022 and the domestic responsible person are in Shanghai,to understand the claims,moisturizing agents,users,product types and efficacy evaluation items of moisturizing products in the initial stage of efficacy summary declaration,so as to provide references for the subsequent declaration and government supervision of moisturizing products.
