摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定精华液类化妆品中类视黄醇的含量。样品用异丙醇溶解后,经0.22μm有机滤膜过滤,以Hypersil GOLDTM色谱柱(250mm×0.46mm,5μm)为分离柱,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,利用色谱峰面积外标法定量。视黄醇A、羟基频哪酮视黄醇酸酯、视黄醇丙酸酯、视黄醇棕榈酸酯的定量限处于10.01~20.54μg/g之间。样品平均加标回收率为96.2%~102.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%~2.8%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,可用于测定精华液类化妆品中视黄醇及其衍生物的含量。
Determination of retinoid in essence liquid cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is established.After dissolving the sample in isopropanol,it is filtered with 0.22μm organic filter membrane,the Hypersil GOLDTM chromatographic column(250 mm×0.46 mm,5μm)is used as the separation column,a diode array detector is used for detection,and the chromatographic peak area external standard method is used for quantification.The quantification limits of retinol A,hydroxylian retinol ester,retinol propionate and retinol palmitate are between 10.01 and 20.54μg/g.The average spiked recovery rate of the sample is in the range of 96.2%to 102.3%,and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results is in the range of 0.3%to 2.8%(n=6).The method is simple and can be used to determine the content of retinol and its derivatives in essence liquid cosmetics.
