摘要
历史环境新建项目要兼顾环境协调与设计创新,需要定量展开建筑策划预评价工作,避免可能的经验主义错误。文章基于城市营销理论,通过大数据方法确定预评价指标,用层次分析法设置权重,建立量化的预评价模型,以碑林历史文化街区文化展示中心为例,分析建筑策划预评价方法在历史环境新建项目中设计优选、深化推进的作用。
The new designs in the historic context should take both environmental coordination and design innovation into account,and require quantitative architectural programming pre-evaluation to avoid possible empirical errors.Based on urban marketing theory,this paper uses big data to determine pre-evaluation indexes,Analytic Hierarchy Process to set weights,and establishes a quantitative pre-evaluation model.Taking Xi’an Beilin Historical and Cultural District Cultural Exhibition Center Square as an example,the paper analyzes the role of the architectural programming pre-evaluation in the design optimization and deepening of new designs in the historic context.
