摘要
为科学评估建筑遗产开放效果,助力可持续发展,选取八处国内较具代表性个案,运用文本情感分析提炼游客网络点评中的情感倾向及影响因素并形成结果,结合德尔菲法加权评级指标,参考现有建筑使用后评估体系及建筑遗产法规政策,构建适用于建筑遗产使用后的评估体系,选取福州三坊七巷小黄楼对评估结果进行实证研究分析,对评估体系提出修正改进建议。
To scientifically evaluate the opening effect and guide sustainable development,this study selected 8 representative architectural heritages in China and used text sentiment analysis to extract the emotional tendency and influencing factors in tourists'comments on social media,construct post-occupancy evaluation system for architectural heritage by referring to the existing post-occupancy evaluation system and the policies of buildings,and combining weighted rating index of Delphi method,and choose the Xiaohuang building as a tester for further verification of effectiveness,hoping to provide scientific basis for the regeneration and sustainable development of architectural heritage.
