摘要
利用情感语义分析的理论方法,参照经典建筑学空间评价方法—SD法,对历史街区使用后评估中使用者满意度的评价方法进行研究,以此作为空间更新策划评估的参考辅助手段。选取北京市4处历史街区作为研究对象,首先,以实地调研的方法明确历史街区的基本信息;然后以线上点评文本作为数据来源,参照SD法的原理,利用情感语义分析对历史街区进行使用者满意度评价,通过Python程序批量处理,获得情感语义分析的使用后评估结果;最后,将评估结果从多个维度进行对比和检验,以确定该方法的有效性和可信度,探讨该方法在历史街区改造后评估的应用。
Using the method of sentiment analysis and semantic analysis,referring to SD method,the post-occupancy evaluation based on user satisfaction of historical block renewal is studied to apply as a reference method for space planning and evaluation.First,the basic information about the historical blocks is clarified by field surveys.Then the online review texts are used as the data source.According to the principles of the SD method,the user satisfaction is analyzed by sentiment analysis and semantic analysis with Python to obtain the evaluation results.Finally,the evaluation results are compared and tested in multiple dimensions to confirm the validity and credibility of the method for further application.
