摘要
目的探索和发现中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)的热点话题和研究前沿。方法检索CNKI中已发表的中医药治疗EMs的文献(检索日期2001年1月1日至2020年10月31日)。该研究运用科学计量学工具CiteSpace.5.7.R4绘制中医药治疗EMs的知识图谱,并进行核心作者群体、研究机构及文献关键词聚类的知识图谱绘制及分析。结果作者合作图谱绘制出1个主要作者合作团队;研究机构分析发现2个核心单位及若干合作机构;关键词共现聚类网络由686个节点、2865条线组成,研究热点是桂枝茯苓丸、中药保留灌肠、病因病机等10个聚类。研究前沿是:(1)中药对性激素水平的下调;(2)治法以补肾活血为主。结论基于可视化结果,目前已形成相对稳定的若干研究团队,如北京、黑龙江,但在机构间合作较为分散,中医药治疗EMs的研究未来之路是加强基础研究、明确EMs发病机制及中药作用机制。
Objective To explore and uncover the hot topic and frontier of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis(EMs).Methods CNKI was searched for published articles for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of EMs(Date:January 1st,2001-October 31st,2020).This research drew knowledge maps of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of EMs by using the core author group,research institutions and keyword co-occurrence analysis and clustering analysis with CiteSpace.5.7.R4,a tool of scientometrics.Results The author cooperation map drew one main author cooperation teams.The research institution analysis found two core units and several cooperation institutions.The keyword co-occurrence clustering network was composed of 686 nodes and 2865 lines.The research hot topics in the field of theoretical research knowledge of EMs were divided into 10 clusters,including Guizhi Fuling Pills,Chinese medicine retention enema,and etiology and pathogenesis,etc.The frontier were(1)Chinese medicine control of serum sex hormone levels;(2)The governing measures methods and principles were invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation.Conclusion Based on the visualization results,a relatively stable number of research teams have been formed,such as Beijing and Heilongjiang,but the inter-agency cooperation is relatively scattered.The future way for the research on the treatment of EMS with traditional Chinese medicine is to strengthen basic research and clarify the pathogenesis of EMS and the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
