摘要
匡继林教授针对中重度子宫内膜异位症体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的各个阶段,在促排卵期、降调期、移植前、移植后及妊娠期分别针对各时期的病机特点,采用自拟养巢助卵方、痛经方、消癥方、补肾活血方、促黄体汤、固肾健脾安胎方辨证论治,配合中药外敷、中药灌肠等外治法,助卵、止痛、消癥、养膜、安胎并举,为生殖疾病的中医治疗提供新思路。
Aiming at the pathogenic characteristics of various stages of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in patients with moderate to severe endometriosis,Professor KUANG Jilin adopted self-drafted Yangchao Zhunuan Formula,Tongjing Formula,Xiaozheng Formula,Bushen Huoxue Formula,Cuhuangti Decoction,and Gushen Jianpi Antai Formula respectively to perform treatment based on pattern differentiation in the following periods:ovulation induction,luteinizing hormone down-regulation,pre-transplantation,post-transplantation,and gestation.She also took external application of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine enema and other external therapeutic methods.The above treatment could assist ovulation,relieve pain,resolve masses,nourish endometrium,and tranquilize fetus to prevent miscarriage.It provides a new idea for the TCM treatment of reproductive diseases.
