摘要
科技人才是提升公立医院核心竞争力的根本保障,青年人才科研水平决定了医院的未来发展层级。本文针对公立三甲综合医院青年职工的科研潜力挖掘与培养问题,对医院科研管理工作规划与实施展开探索与实践。通过优化人才培养政策与科研管理制度创新,促进了青年人才的成长,提升青年人才的科研水平,为医院的跨越式发展奠定基础。
Scientific and technological talents were the fundamental guarantee to enhance the core competitiveness of public hospitals,and the level of scientific research of young talents determined the future development level of hospital.This paper investigated the planning and implementation of hospital research management work with regard to the scientific research potential exploration and cultivation of young workers in public tertiary general hospitals,aiming at promoting the growth of young talents,improving the scientific research level of young talents,and laying the foundation for the leapfrog development of the hospital by optimizing the talent cultivation policy and innovating scientific research management system.
