摘要
目的分析医院科研人员队伍现状,包括科研人员的构成比例、梯队的合理性和可持续发展等情况,为医院管理者制定相关决策提供有力的依据,不断优化科研环境、提高科研水平。方法通过文献查阅、资料收集、数据分析、抽样调查及专家座谈会等方法进行分析。结果科研人员职称结构比例失调,在人才储备方面后劲不足,科研人员在资源共享、医院信息化网络建设、学术交流合作等方面有较大的需求。结论应进一步优化人才梯队建设,创造更为完善科研环境与条件。
Objective The current status of the hospital team of researchers was analyzed in the article,including the composition of the proportion,the rational and sustainable development of the team,in order to provide a strong basis for the hospital manager decision-making,and optimize the level of scientific research.Methods The data was collected and analyzed by literature review,sampling and analysis methods such as expert forum.Results The title structure of researchers is imbalance,as well as the capacity of talents.There is a great demand of researchers in the sharing of resources,the hospital information network building,cooperation and academic exchanges.Conclusions The personnel building should be optimized.We should also create more flexible research environment and conditions.
