摘要
高等学校对教师的科研活动一般采取物质激励和精神激励相结合的方式。过分强调物质激励容易产生急功近利思想,产生重科研而轻教学的思想。科研活动的精神激励对高校教师具有职业激励意义,有利于形成稳定的专业研究兴趣,有利于促进教师晋升职称目标的实现,有利于教师积累巨大的精神财富。坚持教师科研活动中的物质激励与精神激励相结合是人类需要层次论的体现,是实现多种激励作用效果的需要,是实现大学三大职能的需要。
The research activities of university and college teachers are inspired with the combination of material rewards and spiritual incentive by their universities. Material rewards are beneficial to meeting teacher's material needs, stimulate the teachers with enthusiasm for scientific research, cultivate new research talents and produce more research results. Spiritual incentive is beneficial to teacher' s profession, keep a steady interest in research of their objects, and realize the targets of promoting to higher professional titles.
