摘要
为探讨热应激对蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质的影响,试验选用健康状况良好、体重相近、食欲正常的360日龄金定鸭200羽,随机分为适温组(20~25℃)、热应激组(32~36℃),每组4个重复,每个重复25羽。试验预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:(1)试验28 d适温组产蛋率、总蛋重、平均蛋重显著升高(P<0.05);高温热应激组试验28 d平均产蛋数、产蛋率、总蛋重、平均蛋重极显著降低(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著升高(P<0.01),耗料量、每羽耗料量与试验前差异不显著(P>0.05);热应激组死淘率高于适温组。(2)蛋鸭热应激组蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋壳重、蛋壳强度极显著低于适温组(P<0.01),蛋黄比率、蛋壳厚度显著低于适温组(P<0.05),而蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋白高度差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出,热应激可降低蛋鸭的产蛋性能,提高料蛋比,降低蛋壳重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度等,对蛋品质造成影响。
In order to explore the effect of heat stress on laying performance and egg quality of laying ducks,360-day-old 200 Jinding ducks with good health,similar body weight and normal appetite were selected for the experiment,and they were randomly divided into two groups:temperature-adapted group(20~25℃)and heat-stressed group(32~36℃),4 repetitions per group,25 per repetitions.The preliminary trial period is 7 days,and the trial period is 28 days.The results showed that:(1)The average egg production rate,total egg weight,and average egg weight increased significantly in the 28-day temperature test group(P<0.05);the average egg production and egg production on the 28-day test in the high temperature heat stress group The rate,total egg weight,and average egg weight are extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01),the feed-to-egg ratio is extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the amount of material consumed and only the amount of material consumed is not significantly different from before the test(P>0.05).The death rate of heat stress group was higher than that of moderate temperature group.(2)The egg weight,yolk weight,eggshell weight,and eggshell strength of the laying duck heat stress group were significantly lower than those of the temperature-adapted group(P<0.01),and the egg yolk ratio and eggshell thickness were significantly lower than those of the temperature-adapted group(P<0.05).The difference in unit and protein height is not significant(P>0.05).It can be concluded that heat stress can reduce the laying performance of laying ducks,increase the feed-to-egg ratio,reduce eggshell weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,etc.,and affect egg quality.
