蛋鸭热休克蛋白90基因多态性及其与产蛋性能的关联性分析 被引量:2

摘要 本研究旨在搜寻热休克蛋白90(HSP90)基因的突变位点,分析蛋鸭抗热应激分子育种潜在的遗传标记。以缙云麻鸭为研究对象,用PCR方法扩增HSP90基因部分片段,采用直接测序方法检测该片段的单核苷酸多态性,并用最小二乘法分析其与夏季笼养蛋鸭产蛋性能的关联性。结果表明:在蛋鸭HSP90基因644 bp处发现一段长为321 bp的内含子序列,并在内含子序列中发现3个突变位点,其中36 bp处T→C突变形成TT和CT基因型,2种基因型个体间的平均产蛋量无显著差异(P>0.05);149 bp处A→G突变形成AA、AG和GG 3种基因型,GG基因型个体的平均产蛋量显著高于AA型和AG型个体(P<0.05);276 bp处T→G突变形成TG、TT和GG 3种基因型,各基因型个体间的平均产蛋量无显著差异(P<0.05)。结果提示,HSP90基因可能是影响夏季蛋鸭产蛋性能的一个主要候选基因。
