表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对热应激蛋鸭蛋品质和脾脏、肝脏、回肠黏膜炎性因子的影响

Effects of Epigallocatechin gallate on Egg Quality and Inflammatory Factors in Spleen,Liver,and Ileum Mucosa of Heat-stressed Laying Ducks

摘要 研究旨在探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对热应激蛋鸭蛋品质和脾脏、肝脏、肠道黏膜炎性因子的影响。试验选用180只42周龄产蛋期临武鸭作为试验动物,随机分成2个组,对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每重复15只鸭。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg EGCG。预试期10 d,正试期42 d,正试期分为热应激期和恢复期两个阶段,各21 d。结果表明:热应激蛋鸭饲粮中添加300 mg/kg EGCG(1)显著提高了热应激期蛋鸭的蛋壳强度(P<0.05);(2)显著提高了恢复期脾脏肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量(P<0.05),极显著降低了热应激期脾脏白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量(P<0.01),显著降低了恢复期脾脏IL-6含量(P<0.05),对热应激期脾脏TNF-α含量和全期的转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)含量无显著影响(P>0.05);(3)对全期肝脏的TGF-β、TNF-α、白细胞介素1(IL-1)和IL-6的含量无显著影响(P>0.05);(4)在热应激期显著提高了回肠黏膜中TGF-β含量(P<0.05)、极显著降低了IL-6含量(P<0.01),恢复期回肠黏膜IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05),对恢复期TGF-β含量和全期的TNF-α、IL-1含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加EGCG能够改善热应激蛋鸭蛋品质,减少热应激蛋鸭脾脏和回肠粘膜中炎性因子IL-6的产生,提高脾脏TNF-α含量,提高了回肠黏膜中TGF-β含量。 The research studied the effects of Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)on egg quality and inflammatory factors in spleen,liver,and ileum mucosa of heat-stressed laying ducks.18042-week-old Linwu laying ducks were allocated into control or EGCG-treated groups.Each group had 6 replicates with 15 ducks in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,while the experimental group was fed basal diet with 300 mg/kg EGCG supplemented.The pre trial period was 10 days,and the trial period was 42 days.The trial period is divided into two stages:heat stress period and recovery period,each with 21 days.Results showed that supplementing 300 mg/kg EGCG to the diet(1)significantly enhanced the eggshell strength of laying ducks during the heat stress period(P<0.05).(2)It increased the content of TNF-αin spleen during recovery period(P<0.05),reduced the content of IL-6 in spleen during both the heat stress period(P<0.01)and the recovery period(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on the TNF-αcontent in the spleen during the heat stress period,nor on the levels of transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)and interleukin-1(IL-1)throughout the entire period(P>0.05).(3)It exerted no significant effect on TGF-β,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in liver during whole period(P>0.05).(4)During the heat stress period,it significantly increased TGF-β(P<0.05)and reduced IL-6(P<0.01)in the ileum mucosa,and significantly reduced the IL-6 content in the ileum mucosa during recovery period(P<0.05).However,there was no significant effect on the content of TNF-βduring recovery period and TNF-αand IL-1 during the whole period(P>0.05).Therefore,it can be seen that adding EGCG to diet can improve egg qualities of heat-stressed ducks,reduce IL-6 in spleen and ileum mucosa of heat-stressed laying ducks,and enhance TNF-αin spleen and TGF-βin ileum mucosa.
