摘要
我国每年产生大量的废橡胶造成了严重的环境污染,作为废橡胶回收再利用的有效途径,胶粉的研究和应用受到广泛关注。本文介绍了胶粉的脱硫再生改性技术与表面活化改性技术及胶粉在热塑性弹性体中的应用,简述了胶粉基热塑弹性体的制备方法并比较了熔融共混法与动态硫化法的区别,概述了各类胶粉基热塑性弹性体的研究现状,着重介绍了胶粉基热塑弹性体的增容机理,分析了加工工艺、增容体系对热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响。最后,文章对胶粉的改性和胶粉/塑料热塑性弹性体的应用与发展做出展望。
Numerous waste rubbers are generated every years in China,which results in serious environmental pollution.As the effective way to recycle waste rubber,the research and application of rubber powder have attracted wide attention.The technologies on modification of desulfurization regeneration and surface activation in rubber powder and the application of rubber powder in thermoplastic elastomers are introduced,an outline of preparation methods of the thermoplastic elastomers are given and the difference between melting blending method and dynamic vulcanization method is compared in this article.What's more,it summarizes the research status of rubber powder based thermoplastic elastomers and significantly introduces its compatibility mechanism.Moreover,the effects on mechanical properties of thermoplastic elastomers by the processing technology and the compatibilization system are analyzed as well.Future application and development of modification on rubber powder and rubber powder/plastic thermoplastic elastomers are also taken a prospection.
