摘要
通过试验研究了丁腈再生的吸声性能及其影响因素,并通过添加填料对其吸声性能进行了改进。结果表明:合成橡胶的吸声性能优于天然橡胶,丁腈再生胶的吸声性能优于三元乙丙再生胶、硅再生胶;丁腈再生胶硫化后其吸声性能下降;当丁腈再生胶吸声件的厚度增加,其低频段吸声性能会提高,但2 500Hz以上高频段的吸声性能则会下降;在中低频段内圆锥结构的丁腈再生胶吸声件的吸声性能提升较为显著,而在高频段外圆锥结构的丁腈再生胶吸声件的吸声性能更为优异;添加发泡剂和蛭石粉对丁腈再生胶的吸声性能都有所改进,但当发泡剂添加量为1.5%、蛭石粉添加量为30%时,对丁腈再生胶吸声性能的改进效果最佳。
The sound absorption performance of recycled NBR and its influencing factors are researched, and the sound absorption performance is improved by adding filling materials. It is suggested that the sound absorption performance of synthetic rubber is better than that of natural rubber, and the sound absorption performance of recycled NBR is better than that of EPDM reclaimed rubber and silicon reclaimed rubber. The sound absorption performance of recycled NBR after vulcanization is degraded;and as the thickness increases, the sound absorption performance at low frequency area is upgraded, while the sound absorption performance at 2 500 Hz or higher is degraded. A NBR sound absorber with an internal cone structure significantly improves sound absorption performance at low-midium frequency area,but the one with an external cone structure works more excellently at high frequency area. The sound absorption performance of recycled NBR is improved by adding foaming agent and vermiculite powder. When 1.5% foaming agent and 30% vermiculite powder are added,the sound absorption performance of recycled NBR is improved to the greatest extent.
